This website is operated by Steve Zahnd, Broker, of Benson Crew, Real Broker Ontario Ltd., Brokerage, 195 Hanlon Creek Boulevard, Suite 204, Guelph, ON N1C 0A1, (226) 401-8160, info@bensoncrew.ca (the "Member").

By clicking to agree (for example, by ticking the box before you sign in), you ("Consumer") agree to the following:

  1. Broker-consumer relationship. You acknowledge entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with the Member.
  2. Personal, non-commercial use. All listing information you get from this website is intended only for your personal, non-commercial use.
  3. Bona fide interest. You have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate of the type offered through this website.
  4. No copying. You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit or otherwise use any of the data or listing information provided, except in connection with your consideration of the purchase or sale of an individual property. You may not use any AI system or other technology that collects, stores, reorganizes, analyzes, summarizes or manipulates any listing information or related data.
  5. No redistribution. You will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any listing information to another person or entity, including by providing it to any AI system or similar technology.
  6. No scraping. You may not scrape (including screen scraping and database scraping), data-mine or do anything else intended to collect, store, reorganize, summarize or manipulate any listing information or related data.
  7. Ownership. You acknowledge the ownership of, and the validity of the proprietary rights and copyright in, the MLS® database, MLS® System, listing information and related information by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) / PropTx Innovations Inc. and by Information Technology Systems Ontario (ITSO), as applicable.
  8. Compliance access. TRREB/PropTx, ITSO, their members and their duly authorized representatives may access this website to verify compliance with MLS® rules and to monitor how listings are displayed.
  9. No financial obligation. These Terms of Use do not create any financial obligation for you or any representation agreement between you and the Member. Any such agreement must be made separately, will be clearly labelled, and cannot be accepted by a mouse click alone.
